Yes, go to effects then click and drag the grayscale effect into the video clip(s).
In my opionion, the flourishes were good, but the thing you did with ur jacket part way through, rather disturbing.
I'm not sure if I'm gonna make it...I started the Youtube upload an hour ago, and it's not done yet. The clip is about 215mb, but only 55 seconds long.....

Hey man, what program are you using? YouTube only accepts videos 100MB or smaller. If you are using WMM then here's how to make it smaller...
File > Save Movie File > Click on My Computer > Click Next > Name It Something > Pick Where It's Saved Too > Click Next ...
...now you should have a window that says "Movie Setting" in a white field at the top. Under neath it should be "Best quality for playback on my computer (recommended)", under neath that, it should say "Show More Choices".
Click on "Show More Choices", and select the "Best fit to file size" and make the size 10MB. This will actually make your video the correct size for YouTube and for the YouTube screen ratio. Which means, the video should upload really fast and process really fast. Hope that helped. Peace!

Convert it through WMM.
