This is actually kinda fun, although I stopped trying to think of who this Anonymous person is once I decided to choose one artist.

I found the PPKEHPUE thingy, I tried anagramming, googling it and stuff and pretty much got nothing.
I was then on T11 and noticed something that was really quite simple and all made sense, but I doubt my theory is right, but it was pretty cool.
