interesting that you suggest that. because that is kinda what i have done in the past. one thing i have came across is that the biddle trick (whilst it requires less slight of hand skills, but more build up from acting) actually gets a bigger reaction from the people i'm performing for. so i kinda save that for the end. what are your thoughts?

nayos

the biddle trick is a very good trick performed right. you can finish with the biddle trick if you like. i know i've gotten great reactions from it but its all really on how i feel when i perform. i try not to make any kind of routine when i perform. yes its important to remember the steps when doing a trick but my performance is always different.

find a few simple tricks that YOU like a lot. those tricks tend to be the easiest to learn, since those are the ones you are most enthusiastic to learn. practice them a LOT. don't overload yourself with learning every trick there is, even David Blaine specializes in just a few tricks he does all the time.
by the way, i'm not saying David Blaine only knows a few tricks. he has a lot that he does. i'm saying there are just a few that he is always doing, and occasionally throws in extras

as a default, ACR is always a good routine.

i personally like starting off with 2 Card Monte and finishing with ACR. and i typically throw in a Do As I Do, because it's one of the simplest tricks in the world and it hits hard every time.
