Does anyone perform the television coin bend from Jay Sanky's Revolutionary Coin Magic DVD? If so what kind of reactions have you gotten. I would love to hear some performance stories about this trick. Very simple yet powerful.

I haven't performed it yet because I haven't gotten a dollar coin yet to do it with but have to say that this has to be the easiest yet most visual coin bend created... ever. When you see it start moving and wiggling around and then.. BOOM.. it bends and then you open up your hands and just hand it out for everyone to inspect.. beautiful. Just have to find a darn dollar coin. :p

It is a good one, for sure. I've done it (with a large chinese coin I found in a bead store), and it works well. You really have to let the spectators inspect the coin before you do it, though. There's so much apparent cover from your fingers that you don't want it to look like you're hiding something to begin with.

Yeah, I used to do it a lot. I haven't done it for a while, as I'm favouring in-the-specs-hand bends at the moment, but it always got great reactions. It's just so sudden and clear. It's lovely and direct. Mint.

ive played around with it and as far as coin bends go its not to great but not bad at all. the only problem with television bend is the cover when trying to load the other coin into your hand
