I'm very surprised no one has said it yet! French Kiss by Wayne Houchin. Or at least presented by Wayne Houchin.. I'm not sure if it is his original effect or not. Either way, it is an excellent effect. Very little set up, very simple sleights, yet it receives a huge reaction if performed properly. I believe it is found on Wayne Houchin's Art of Magic DVD.
