Ok, I decoded the message too. I think that the next clue is in the phone or the note. They're the only things that are "already in your hands".

Yeah, the only thing I can suggest for now is searching this phone, top to bottom, behind the battery, under the screen, under the buttons, take out the memory card and shove it in a computer.
I'm sure that anonymous will give us a visit tomorrow anyway.
