Does it come with the DVD by any chance? As in, is it a separate thing, or is it part of the actual things taught?
I'm looking into buying the DVD... mainly cuz it's $10 cheaper lol

OSYN comes with the Advocate download. So you get the Advocate, and the OSYN method. The Advocate DVD is currently super cheap because we're trying to clear it out of the warehouse (We're trying to switch to mostly downloads as there is way less overhead for them).
If you're interested in OSYN, get it. It's a solid routine with good thinking behind it, and the Advocate is just a great bonus. Totally worth the price. If the routine in the OSYN trailer doesn't tickle your fancy, get the Advocate DVD.

I like OSYN, but I am already doing a similar effect, so I don't think I'll need it. I'll stick to the Advocate DVD. About to buy it soon...
