There is a difference between having done something and doing something.
What he's done in the past is very good.
What he did do tonight was bad.
Sorry if I came off as arrogant; it's hard to convey tone through text. Just read what I initially wrote with me sounding disappointed. Maybe that'll help. Or read it like Sir Bedevere; that'll make it interesting.
For the record, I already know who this guy is. I saw his stuff before when I was little--he performs a lot in N.O. I was excited at first, but then was disappointed. I really am quite sad about the whole thing.
But it was still a bad performance.
Look: the reason I keep pushing at this is becuase I am so sure beyond any doubt, that if any one of you had been at that perfromance tonight, you would agree with me.
I'm honestly not doing this to create controversy. It's because I noticed a problem with something I saw and I think it needs to be addressed. I'm not saying I could have done better--I don't do stage magic--I do close-up and I do it for a reason, because I know how. But I can still see problems, And tonight I saw one. I thought I saw the root of the problem, and I'm pretty certian I still do. Is that so wrong?
