E cards are Bad... Members of the "E" llusionist forums were hypnotized by The Great GOD Brad Christian...(who uses bridge sized cards because his "hands are small.) into thinking that the AMAZING "E" lusionist cards are the BEST in the world,So good theres absolutely no reason to try any of those better..I mean "other" cards that only the Noobs use like uhh gee....Tally-Hos, Nuggets,Bees , Bikes...no only E cards are the best the the most good looking and "durable" cards ever, don't even think about those knock offs like Vegas, Alladins, Tallys There not good at all. But if you wanna use tallys you can just use the GREAT VIPER DECK its the most ugly cough cough I mean gorgeous deck ever.

o im sorry..im a e guy and well lets see....
the cards that i most use are regular bikes...than tallys.....i know that e cards are of superior quality but i still choose to use bikes the most...and well ive used casino decks and i like them too, along with the jerry's....so you're wrong!

PS and well every single e dvd ive seen brad christianb has used poker sized cards...

This doesn't just go to you. Everyone should have become at age now to understand that bickering about it wont help anyone or anything. Just use what you want to use. If that means that they use Gaurdians, then power to them! If that means that they want to use Masters or anything else Ellusionist or any other magic site offers, then great!

Cards are but tools that we use in our art. We've all got our opinions on which tools work the best, but that doesn't mean that we can't be civil about our opinions.

Listen,

People are going to whine, they will also complain. But in all reality, that shouldn't affect you man. Do what I'm sure your screen name implies, and go out and do what you do. Use the cards you want to use, and show the world what you've got.

It's all a matter of personal preference. It's all good!

When i first bought the ghost I didn't know it was a different finish and i did feel that they were better quality and last longer. Also what do you guys have against E, if you think the prices are high or w/e your complaining about don't buy from them, no reason to act like they're your "arch nemesis".

We've already gone through this in another thread. Needless to say, it gets messy here quick when it comes to people opinions on cards. Let's just skip this, and be happy with whatever we choose to use!

Okay, I am sick of this crap. I am calling for a mod to close this thread. I started this topic asking a simple question about the choice of stock and finish on Guardians, and since the start of this topic I have been told that my cards suck balls, that I have been hypnotized by Brad Christian's placebo effect, and that I am not welcome simply because I'm an E forum member. I am insulted and apalled that this kind of conduct exists here, and I am amazed that there isn't a crew of mods taking care of this wretched behavior. Even when provoked, I kept my language as polite as I could, and I have been met with nothing but juvenile garbage about how I suck and everything I like sucks. Real mature, guys. If you want to be a respected member of the magic community and have others take you seriously. For all the talk about how you guys want to keep flaming down, there seem to be a few members who like nothing better than to flame the hell out of others just because their opinions are different.

From now on, I will be reporting posts that violate the following stated forum rule:

Be nice, respectful, and professional. Or else I will crush you.

And hope somebody actually does some bloody crushing over it.

So yeah, if somebody would please close this thread, I'd appreciate it.

Agreed. This thread should be locked. Maybe there should be a blanket ban on all card stock threads, just so this bullshit doesn't pop up like the bloody jack-in-boxes.

I closed this thread by request of StreetMage. It honestly saddens me that a forum that promotes unity within the magic community has users who refuse to allow other users, regardless of what forum they originated from, to come and share THEIR ideas and opinions with the rest of you.

That being said, what is the motivation behind forum beef? So you don't like another site -- give constructive criticism, don't outright bash it. I really hope some of our members can get their acts together.
