Counterfeit Hollingworth by Wayne Houchin

I'm going to vouch for the Crossing the Gaze, I've used it in a few routines and it's one of the best moves for certain situations. I was fooled by it the first time I saw it (Geoff Williams lecture).
As for Counterfeit Hollingworth - I've killed 2 (full) decks practicing the sequence on this one, I will be using this often. Thanks for releasing this on your website Wayne, you haven't lectured close enough to where I'm at to warrant the drive yet. Hope to meet you in person so I can shake your hand and thank you for releasing this (in limited quantities).

What is the difference between 'counterfeit' and 'Counterfeit Hollingworth'? Also, (if not giving away how the trick is done) is the lighter necessary for it to work?
