Magic birthday vhs tape

I owned a birthday magic vhs tape years ago.i know nothing about it.but im looking for it now. Has anyone else owned a vhs tape from toys r us i believe. It had a funny older magician. In his 50s or so.
He did tricks like the pulling finger off illusion. He did a newspaper trick using a scary hand pieing himself in the face. A few card tricks.
He did the matchbox cut from the same tree trick. I know it sounds lame.but it was actually funny. And i musta watched it 100s of times and i wish i remember the magicians name.but i don't.anyone out there remember this vhs tape from the 80s.maybe early 90s

I found this tape. I wanted to let everyone know. I remember it word for word.and its been 35 years or so. I musta watched it 100s of times as a kid

I just stumbled on this and had to create an account even with your way old post.. Was this the guy who sang "what's in the bag what's in the bag I know what is in the bag I'll tell you i'll tell you." If so my sister and I sing that and fondly remember what must have been the most cringe video ever but we loved it.
