Hi, I ordered several decks of cards on the 9th. The $50 was taken from my bank account, but the tracking still says processing. I thought I would get these in time, but it's looking slim...😓

Just curious if OP ever got an update. I ordered mine over the weekend and it still shows processing. Assuming it's standard business days, Monday-Friday, so if it takes 4-5 days before shipped then I'm not feeling confident that mine will actually arrive in time, I have to wrap/ship them off afterwards. Figured 2 weeks would be enough time, even in the holiday season, but I don't have much confidence...
Unfortunately - I am still waiting for an order from the 7th to be shipped - have contacted support a couple times. Strange thing is that I placed two orders that day - the small one shipped but the main one I am still waiting to ship and am definitely worries it won’t get here - and I would’ve thought ordering by the 7th was plenty of time!

Just as an update - still have not gotten a shipment notification not have I heard back on when I can expect it to go out. Hopefully get it for the holiday 🤞
Yeah would like to chip in - order was made 10th Dec.
I reached out to support and they responded very quickly (thank you) but the shipment tracking still only say "Label Created" and it is "Awaiting Item" - I have no idea what's going on but support said "Passport definitely have my item". I'm disappointed with the experience so far - I can tolerate delays but the lack of update is frustrating especially with a $180 order with a very well known and established brand. Anyway, let's see how it goes. I'll update here of my progress as well.

Finally received my orders today! Ordered 10th Dec, received 29th Dec (to Australia). If the delivery updates are better, the overall experience would have been better. Most of us just want to know if things are actually moving or not. That said, I'm very happy that I've received my stash which includes the full set of Harry Potter cards!
