A man would go up the elevator everyday. He lived on floor 20. He would press floor 10, and walk up 10 flights of stairs. When it was raining, he would go on the elevator and press floor 20.

Why did he walk up some stairs when it wasn't raining?

He wasn't wearing rain boots? Or he was made of sugar. Either way, the roof leaked.
