I really hate to ask again, but what ever happened to those super awesome new elite member cards that were in development so long ago?

The new cards completed production this week, and they glisten... home stretch! More updates to follow!
I never got mine because I didn't pay UPS $1.80 duty... It's okay it's just a card but all it needed was a stamp...
When they are ready for us, will we get an email to confirm/select the name on them and the address for shipping or will they be sent out automatically using the name/addy tied to the account?
New warehouse is LIVE and action now! Our whole ops team is on-site there this week, personally making sure that things are running smooth! There's a few products (magic items especially) that are currently marked "sold out" until they're checked into the new facility, but all decks are live now. Anything that's marked "sold out" temporarily will be restored later this month.
No need to worry about any damaged shipments though, ever - we stand behind our work, and if anything ever arrives damaged (which shouldn't happen at all anymore), send our support team a quick message and we'll always make it right! :🙌

I got email 2 days ago about elite member card to confirm the name and shipping. Check your email maybe you got it too.
So I believe the process of making new elite member card finished.
Now I am waiting for refreshment of archive website(finger crossed)
I received an ugly paper card back during Covid. Are they back to normal? Any chance of a reissue?
I'm checking on this. I got my Paper card during COVID-19 as well, but I would certainly not call it ugly. That said, if they are now back to metal, I would appreciate an updated one, even if I have to pay or use points for it.
I have been an elite member since 2019 and was promised that I would get one then, then the pandemic happened. When should I expect my card?
Hear ye, hear ye, I bring forth great news! The cards are printing THIS WEEK, and start shipping next week to all of those who filled out and submitted their form. We can't wait for you to see the new cards, but in the meantime, I'll leave you with a little something.

I’ve been an elite member since 2013 and have an OG metal card. Any chance existing members can get new cards or are they exclusive to new members? They look INCREDIBLE.
